MyTankPlan will perform a tank test and a soil test with at least three borings sent to a state-certified laboratory. This testing is required to obtain an underground tank insurance policy. If you have already had these tests completed, you would be required to submit the most recent test which  must have been completed within the last 12 months.

The Application is completed online and you only pay the online invoice after you have attached the test results.
